If you don’t mind the drive to the Seattle area, Carburetor Connection in Kirkland is a certified installed with Magnuson, and has done at least two. I saw one installed there and then decided to get one and have them install mine.

That seemed low to me as well, which is why I went with the 10k. But the official Mopar Rubicon winch is a Warn 8S as stated in the Gladiator accessory parts brochure I got with my truck. Go figure.
