so my wheels have only one valve stem hole, I used the Apex Valve stems with my OEM TPMS. I took of the Torx screw that goes on the OEM Valve stem with the OEM TPMS. And transferred it to the APEX valve stem.

I’m having the same issue. I’m running 18x12.5 -38offset Dirty life wheels. My TPMS don’t read.
