Thanks. I have asked them to do that but wondering if there was a way to override port 3 from taking over the sound even when I am using port 1 or port 2 to play sound through the stereo

Hello: Every time one of my kids plugs in a device into the rear seat usb 3 port (on the left) the sound from their device takes over the stereo. I have not been able to find a fix. Does anyone have any information to fix this issue?
