I totally agree! I am going to press the issue more with my dealer. My other vehicle is 10 year old 200 Land Crusier and it has never been in the shop a day in its life. Routine maintenance only.
We keep our vehicle for a long time and this Jeep makes me nervous as hell on long term reliability!
The dealer assured me that there was nothing in the system. I am at their mercy in hope if they are telling me the truth. I just want it fixed and to work correctly.
I hear you however I don’t have time to spend begging Jeep to take care of it. I am trying to stay positive but I am starting to loose faith in Jeep.
No, it lost fuel press but did not send metal shaving throughout. I has a check engine light that came on a few days after the replacement HPFP was replaced. They diagnosed it as low pressure in one of the fuel injectors. They put in fuel injector cleaner and said it should take care of it. One...
I have a JTD370 that had the HPFP replaced in December 2023 under the recall and on Jan 2 the replacement HPFP went. The Jeep has been at the dealer since and all the parts are on back order. I also have has a rear axel locker sensor that has been on backorder with Jeep since November as well...
That just sucks. It’s sad that they leave you hanging with out answers. I have had 2 diesels, 2020 JLURD and now a 2022 JTRD. My JLRD had nothing but problems, however the JTRD has been perfect. Just hit 12,000 trouble free miles. Hopefully you will get answers soon. It will be worth the wait...
I am sure the replacement parts are going to rust just like the parts you are replacing. If you’re going to build something take some pride and use quality material. People are willing to pay more for quality. What we are not willing to pay for is inferior parts.
The prime example is AEV. You...
Love the look of the ARE Cap. I ordered one in January and it came in last week. Went to have it installed and was looking it over, there were scratches all over both window frames, rear door and into the fiberglass on the passenger side. The dealer told me that this is how they come sometimes...
I think the factory gearing was fine for 33” or 35” tires but was pushing it for the 37” tires. . I am glad I did the 4.56 gears. It drive and feels just like the JT did on the factory gears. Able to cruise interstate in 8th with no problems. I averaged 22.3 mpg on my 450 mile trip back home...
I just pick up my JT370 today and had a wonderful 450 mile drive home from AEV. I am really impressed with the ride. Feels like a totally different vehicle than I dropped off. Here is a photo of my JT370. I will be starting a post in a few weeks on the JT370 and by build. Just need to find the...
Guys need some help. I just order a Jeep Gladiator Diesel and wanted to get mud flaps ordered for when it comes in. On the Rokblokz web site it says that the rear flaps may not work on the EcoDiesel because of the exhaust. I emailed Rokblokz to confirm if they offer a mounting solution for the...
