Yeah, I don't think my contact at the service desk knows what he is talking about and likes to BS. I'm sure they didn't replace any control module, but they probably reprogrammed it as per the TSB. But I am glad the steering now works as it should.

Steering issue seems fixed......along with a leaking right rear axle seal. I've put about 30 miles on since the repair work and I no longer have to constantly correct the steering. There is some "play" but it seems to be a normal amount. The paperwork from the dealer noted that an...
If the new steering gear doesn't correct the problem, I will adjust the caster with longer lower control arms. I'll provide an update when I have something to report. There's been a few guys asking about 2021's on this thread so I wanted to share what's happening with mine.
My 2021 has the wandering/constant correcting issue that many others seem to have. Its going in for the steering gear replacement this week even though it seems the TSB does not cover my year of Gladiator. I hope this works, the constant correcting is unacceptable. The dealer doing the work...
It's surprising that a company like AMP that is IATF 16949 quality certified has these type of quality issues. Not a good job of protecting the customer. Anyway, what did AMP do for you to cover the bad parts and time wasted on troubleshooting their faulty product?
Found my problem, I had no power getting to the trigger module. The cause was a faulty fuse holder. The terminal molded into the fuse holder had a faulty wire crimp. I cut it apart to confirm. Replaced the fuse holder and the steps now work as they should.
