So I picked up a stethoscope for cheap off Amazon. It is the injectors I am hearing. The valve covers actually sounded really quiet. The injector for the middle cylinder on the passenger side is ticking. That is better since it won’t take out the engine, right?

Thank you for the reply. I hadn't really thought about it being injectors. Is it normal for them to be that loud over time? I have been looking for an example video with audio that definitely shows the tick but either they aren't tick or it is just really hard to hear.
