I had to replace my rear rotors and brakes for the squeak to go away. The dealer and an independent shop could not figure out what was causing it. Of course now I'm out of warranty so I had to pay up$$.
UPDATE:
The squeak came back after about 2 days from my last post. I tried the old "self adjust the brakes" from back in the day (fwd quick brake hard, reverse quick brake hard). The squeak went away for a day. Now it's back.
