I always use to wonder this because in my State it used to be very hard to get information. However some States you enter a tag number you get a huge amount of information including Owner name and address. Also, overseas ( not sure how worldwide this site is ) it seems gives you everything...

Thanks I will check that out. That would be a lot easier then bagging it. This was the original option I was looking for but this one actually drops further then the ones I was looking at so it will probably work.
