Im getting something like that because after I lifted it I can't get inside without jumping, or dragging my ass off the seat to get out lol. But I don't actually "off road". My lift is more for looks and "adventure ready". I like to explore and sometimes I go places I wouldn't try if I didn't...
I removed my dealer sticker with a hair dryer, and put on this Gladiator decal. It's small but looks much better. Every truck I've bought in the past had the truck name on the tailgate except for the Gladiator.
Then I installed my train coupler hitch cover! Everyone who doesn't know anything...
When the dealership brought out my Gladiator with the lift and 35s they all agreed it looked like a different truck. They were even taking pictures of it. The sales guy said it looked like something from The Walking Dead.
Thats about what I paid for mine, with a slightly higher msrp. It was about 8.5% off. It wasn't a great deal, but mine was custom built so not as much flexibility. This sounds like you could do a little better, depending how long it's been on the lot. Overall I'd say it's an okay deal.
I have the Fox TS stabilizer and Rancho track bar. I'm just waiting for my Synergy brace to come in so I can install everything at once. I noticed the steering loose when going over speed bumps. Also it wanders a bit at 40+ mph. After my lift I can tell the drivers side front axle sticks out a...
This is my Jeep after washing, and two ceramic coats. It's just a week old. It wasn't dirty, but I want it protected early on. Well obviously pict6 don't really do justice, but it feels smooth as glass. Rain is afraid of it!
Yes, Wranglers and Gladiators wave. Same front end. A Jeep with a bed. Except I noticed the few Gladiators I've waved at haven't waved back. I think it has brought out new Jeep owners who don't know about the wave. I met a white Gladiator turning into a parking lot. I got excited and waved and...
I opened the box and inspected the parts. Changed to the Mopar lift so I don't need this anymore. Lifts the front 2.5" and the rear 2".
Asking $400. I live in south central Pennsylvania. If you're in the area we can meet.
I will ship to Pennsylvania, Maryland, WV, & VA.
I will ship elsewhere...
Don't know the specifics on towing, but anytime you change suspension I'm pretty sure it will change towing capabilities.
As for shocks, if you lift it go with the Mopar 2". The Fox shocks on the Rubicon are different from the Fox shocks in the lift kit. The kit gives you the better shocks.
Welcome! I've only owned trucks. My first truck was a 2005 Chevy Colorado. It was my dad's, but I ended up driving it after he bought a 2006 Wrangler TJ.
After getting a good job, I bought my first vehicle. A 2015 Chevy Silverado. Great truck. Then this year my sister bought a 2015 Wrangler 4...
Mopar dealer installed lift. Tactic 17" wheels. 35" Wildpeak AT tires. I prefer 35s to 37s. I think the Mopar lift is more than 2". It feels like more than 2 inches. I have to jump to get in. But I'm only 5'4 so that probably contributes.
