Interesting thread; I’ll be moving my frequently used tools to the rear bed drawers I built…so under the seats I upgraded to the JCR bucket, and installed a 800w inverter on the drover side and will be putting a bottle Jack, tire plug kit, engine spares, and anything that doesn’t smell bad or...

Looks great! I see you put lashing eyelets on the hard top bolts as well? I'm looking to do the same but with a one piece top and open at the sides so I can access stuffed heavy tools/gear when the doors are open but they are secure when the doors are closed. Also considering doing a shelf...

  13. 2.5" lift question for a 600lb constant load Alu-Cab Gen 3 RTT'd JTR

Update from my end...the truck was sitting low in the back and it was noticeable when driving...so I installed the 3/4" poly pucks from Daystar and now sitting perfectly well... I feel the EVO springs are not meant for this constant load...eventually may consider going with a rear 3 or 3.5"...

  16. 2.5" lift question for a 600lb constant load Alu-Cab Gen 3 RTT'd JTR

Interesting threat - thanks @Moriarty for mentioning me... My rear is a wee bit sagged due to the weight for my liking...so I'm looking at potentially swapping the rear 2.5" Ivo springs (which are SUPER comfy) with something either more HD same height or something 3,0 (Metalcloak or...

  19. Project RHINO: Recreational High Intensity Nimble Overlander

Hey man - thanks. The traction boards have their own mounting pins that are threaded and we simply bent the plate 90 degrees and bolted it up to the bed rack cross bars...the mounting is similar to the ARB traction boards if that helps...
