NO issues even with a Stock sport on factory rims. I was able to put 35s (on JK rims) on it completely stock as well.

Worn where? Inside or outside? or are you getting cupping or diagonal striping? A tire out of balance will cause weird wear as well. Alignment won't hurt, it will catch worn ball joints. And worn ball joints on one side will cause wear on just one tire.

I'm looking for a lunchbox locker for the rear end.
