OK, so far I have the Off Road Only dual-stage front sway bar on order
Next up is the front and rear long arms.
For the rear long arm, I like the IronRock setup shown below:
...I did a 2 inch frankenlift and so far it's been great! I'll link my post about it below but the short is:
I did a 2 inch spacer lift from ironrock off-road in the rear to keep the max tow springs and 2 inch(rated for with a winch) springs for the front. Bilstein 5100s for the lift height...
Depending on use case. If you don’t off-road, you don’t need one. If you rock crawl or get yourself into situations where you have a front wheel off the ground with the sway bar disconnected, having a locker is nice.
A winch may be more useful than a front locker if you don’t have one.
If I...
All that stuff is easily bought and upgraded . And Mojave and Rubicon have the same Dana 44 wide track axles. One with aluminum knuckles the other steel which are identical copies just different material ask @WILDHOBO He already put steel ones ( the aren't iron ) on his. But the aluminum ones...
I thought about this alot before I bought mine.
I broke it down to this.
Mojave only upgrades are
Beefed up frame, beefed up axles, stronger iron knuckles, 2.5 inch fox shocks, and faster geared transfer case and sits slightly higher from the factory suspension lift and half inch better...

Well after the hit, my steering wheel was crocked. So I did an alignment in my driveway with the IronRock Off Road alignment tool. Toe in was about 1/8" and I straightened out the steering wheel.
It drives fine and I only noticed the angle after walking back to the my jeep after work.
Let...
Yeah my alignment shop noted that my tie rod had a bit of play in it, steering is definitely on the to-do list. I also just did ball joints about a week ago. I put on the 37s and noticed a little slop, I went with the American Iron Off-road ball joints deletes, they’re solid as a rock now.
Contrary to what you’re saying about the warn winch, I went with the Iron Man 4 x 4, USA 12,000lb winch, for the following reasons. Price, got it delivered for just over $700,(coupon). Five year mechanical warranty, outstanding duty cycle, good rope length, only 61 pounds, and breather tube...
...about backspacing anymore I wanted the strongest set up i could get.
Installed some shock relocation mounts after finding they hit on MCs flex trailer.
Lastly, I trussed the front axle with an IronRock Offroad kit. This is in prep for the next mod, something I said I wouldnt do.... more...
I have the rock krawler adventure-x no limits long arm suspension kit on mine and love it. I just installed the American Iron Ball Joint Deletes on mine and it made a huge difference and the tech support is amazing from the company. It sounds like a pretty solid build. Depending on how tall you...
I run a 2 Inch IronRock spacer-lift and Falken A/T4W 285/75R18 on stock Overland wheels. I also replaced the shocks with RC V2 front and rear. If using the stock bumper and air dam you may need to cut the wings off of the lower air dam - just follow the existing plastic lines with a Dremel and...
I currently have a 1.5" spacer up front and 3/4" spacer in the rear. Going to the AEV or IronRock 2" spacer all around soon. I need new shocks now and may as well just purchase the longer shocks for the spacer kit now. Will it hurt to have the extended shocks on my current set up?
Thanks
...Willys with narrow axles. Take of Rubi springs and shocks and a 1.5 spacer up front. Getting ready to yank the spacer and add the AEV or IronRock 2" all around spacer kit. I want 35/10.5/17 tires. So with the narrow axles and that lift and stock Rubi rims, will I rub? Wasn't sure if the...
I am at 3" lift also . If you want to make a world of a difference this is what I did . I wanted to upgrade the steering linkage but went one step farther . I did Currie's RockJock High steer kit. It raises the axle end of the track bar and both ends of the tie rod by way of new iron knuckles ...
