Hey Jose, I actually have a GoPro Hero11 - not necessarily for a dashcam, but I decided to use it for multi purpose, and for me - it works great. I installed and mounted a USB charger in the middle top dash board tray. See pics. It‘s a perfect fit. I keep a black perforated foam to protect from...
Great "MacGyver project." 👍 👍 👍
We've had great success adding similar mirror based Digital Video Recorder (DVR) cameras to older vehicles with these clamp-on mirror DVR systems with forward and rear cameras. Most vehicles have internal center rear view mirrors so it's a normal/natural...

This is the 3 camera version with the Dashcam, front and rear cameras. The dashcam is 4k and the other two are 2.5K. I believe it records all 3 cameras but it does loop recording so it just continuously overwrites itself. I think you can adjust that setting but I will dig a little more into it...
...in choosing our OEM bracket for your vehicle. This post is to inform you a little of it.
On Wolfbox website, the OEM bracket is listed in DashCam -->DashCam Accessories -->choose your model -->find OEM bracket. There you can see a compatibility table which helps you choose the right...
I have been searching as well. I have the Bulletpoint dual phone and camera ball mount. I read a thread somewhere that the GP can acutally function as a dashcam if you put it in loop mode. The "hassle" or turning it on and off really isn't a hassle. I'm likely gonna end up with a Hero.
I hear you. All of the cams that I have found that have a similar mount like the GoPro are intended to be mounted upside down on the windshield or having from the mirror. They have no option to flip the image if mounted on the Rubigrid. Been looking on and off for the last year. No luck so far.
...is a ball mount then what size ball? Rubigrid sells several kinds of adapters but it's going to be up to people giving details on how their dashcam mounts as to whether you can get the right adapter. Really annoying that the dashcam Co's could care less about some kind of standard across...

Looking for a dashcam that I can mount on my BulletPoint Rubigrid Go Pro camera mount. I tried using my GoPro Hero but it really isn't a good camera for dashcam purposes. All of the cameras I've found are the ones you mount on the glass hanging upside down or rear view mirrors. Anyone knows...
...but that's alright; it's really not a problem.
Having the bumper camera on the bumper, the view is very similar to what's coming out of the dashcamera. I think I might move the bumper camera to maybe above or behind the axle, and hopefully, I can see the tires; that would really help...
