  1. Buy a 2024 Gladiator Max Tow with zero maintenance history?

...history - not on the Carfax or from Jeep/Chrysler, nada. What do you think? Stay away? Or try for a lowball offer that pays for an extended warranty? Anything else I could check? I'm sure a lot of buyers don't bother looking at the Carfax and the dealerships know that and will probably pass...
  2. Need Help, replaced batteries and wont start. Can't find problem after 2 days of trouble shooting

...replaced my batteries (both), Aux through the fender well. I'll leave the delete debate for another thread, I'm still within an extended warranty n need to hang on to a thread of hope just in case when I argue with them on things, but I'm gona go out on a limb and say something wasn't right...
  3. Coolant smell when off-roading?

Check the connector on the underside of the coolant tank. The O-ring in that connector has been known to fail and cause coolant to drip here.
  4. Coolant smell when off-roading?

...time I get the truck in 4wheel drive off road on slower trails I smell coolant. I have had to ad a little in the last 10 thousand miles but not much. where could this be coming from? I have the extended warranty and am still covered. Is this something I should take to the dealer and get fixed?
  5. Deciding to give up on Jeep

Yup. Let'r go. I bought the extended warranty based on my previous 2013 3.6 Pentastar. Even with it, this thing isn't worth the bucking, the harsh and shuddering acceleration. The sloppy geat searching. The noticeable misfires. Put Jeep 3.6 misfire in any search engine and it shows exactly...
  6. Deciding to give up on Jeep

...issue you are experiencing was related to the design we’d be seeing more of it with millions of these things running around. I’d find another dealer or independent mechanic to take a look. How are you under warranty btw at 66k? If you bought the extended warranty, well that’s your first...
  7. Deciding to give up on Jeep

...the vehicle as "normal" and buy something that you feel comfortable with. This is going to bother you on a daily basis and frankly life it too short to constantly worry about your vehicle. You've clearly put enough effort into finding a fix. Especially on a vehicle that has an extended warranty.

  9. Deciding to give up on Jeep

So I should be responsible for diagnosing and wrenching on my own vehicle still under the extended warranty? And for incremental improvements? On my dime? Yes, four dealerships. No MIL. Ill do the cam reset. Ill let y'all know.

  12. Deciding to give up on Jeep

...a 'Jeep' thing without any definitive cause. Live with it, and hope you don't have a catastrophic failure unless you have the extended warranty. I tried not to join a forum to get more input. But I am at my limit and no longer trust the vehicle. Thank you for your responses. This quickly...
  13. Official EcoDiesel Oil and Filter Recommendations

My 2023 has a Mopar Maximum Care bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for 8 years/100,000 miles. But I'm not worried about it. I'll be switching to Amsoil MS as soon as I run out of my Pennzoil stash. We've had good conversations with the Amsoil and HPL technical departments, plus we've torn...
