  1. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

The hot water system is from Joolca. I took measurements of the unit and put it in a size appropriate Pelican box, then mounted that to my L rail. I think it will work out well but I did learn that I’ll probably never take enough water to take a shower (or two). It does great for washing dishes...
  2. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Good eye! It houses my hot water system. I just installed it right before this trip and it worked out well.
  3. Grand Canyon Parashant

Just looked at my map again. We did follow the BLM road down Whitmore Wash to Whitmore Canyon. the road was very doable in the JT.
  4. Grand Canyon Parashant

Last November we drove to Whitmore Canyon. I’m not sure if thats the same as Whitmore wash. You could hike to the bottom (Colorado River) of Whitmore Canyon but not drive to the bottom.
  5. What did you do TO your Gladiator today?

I finally got around to mounting my hot water heater system. I know it’s a little thing, but it’s one more thing off my list of to do’s 😎. It fit nicely in a Pelican 1555.
  6. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Just got back from a short trip to the Grand Canyon Parashant. Still loving my EDC by Harker Outdoors. Getting in and out of the camper is no issue at all. I even love the little things you might not usually consider: like the custom designed battery box for our solar system. Great place for my...
  7. Grand Canyon Parashant

Just returned from another remarkable adventure with my EDC camper by Harker Outdoors. Even though it was spring break in Utah, we were almost the only ones out in the wilderness in the Grand Canyon Parashant! Spent a few days at Mt. Trumbull camping on BLM land. Then headed over to Nampaweap...
  8. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Yes, you should be able to attach an awning to the table side on or above the L Track. I just bought an awning but haven’t installed it yet. I’m not certain which side I want to put it on though. I’ll post a photo after I install it.
  9. LED Headlights are dangerous in snow/ice storm

You must have gotten into yesterday’s storm! i Wish I had taken a picture of mine the night I drove through Park City in a blizzard. Snow and ice completely packed the headlight well. Lesson learned: don’t drive in a blizzard at night in your Jeep!!
  10. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Maybe this is a better reference. I’m standing in the pickup bed. The sleeping bed is in the stowed position above me. You can see the “struts” on each side that holds the bed up or allows it to be pulled down.
  11. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Sorry about the pictures. I am not affiliated with Harker Outdoors and, as such, am not a professional photographer. I do have the solar package which includes two outside lights and 3 inside lights. I just didn’t take any pictures with the lights on! The sleeping platform has struts that allow...
  12. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

So this is with the “door” completely zipped up. If you enlarge the picture, you can see the zipper in the middle (between the two screens) that you can open to access the inside. Hope this helps.
  13. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

It’s possible your concern comes from the picture I posted with the annex wide open. That’s the good thing about the annex....you can leave it wide open if you’re not worried about bugs, dust, etc., but you can also zip it shut and just unzip the middle of the door to get in. Let me post another...
  14. Bed Rack, Roof Rack, and RTT Recommendations Please

Didn’t exactly overland this week, but did get to spend some relaxing time near Lake Havasu and Lake Mead. I am absolutely loving my EDC by Harker Outdoors.
  15. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Three steps. That’s all it takes to get into the EDC.
  16. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

Here’s my 6’1” husband standing up with plenty more headroom.
  17. Hi, We're Harker Outdoors! We build Expedition Driven Campers for Jeep Gladiator.

I’ve had my EDC for a couple of months now. Just got back from the Lake Havasu and Lake Mead areas. I love my EDC!! As a female, one of my biggest complaints about a side entry RTT was when I had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The EDC solves this problem. No more...
  18. LED Headlights are dangerous in snow/ice storm

All the research I’ve done on this forum comes up pertaining to LED lights in snow or how the halogen lights suck as far as brightness goes (they do). But after really looking at my lights, I’ve come to the conclusion that it wasn’t the lights themselves, but the fact they sit so far back in the...
  19. LED Headlights are dangerous in snow/ice storm

I DO NOT have LED headlights, so I might be in the wrong thread. I just could not find one that relates to my question. I was driving from Salt Lake City to Evanston, Wyoming tonight and got into a nightmare of a blizzard. Living in Wyoming, I’m used to blizzards but I’m not usually driving at...
  20. Bed Rack, Roof Rack, and RTT Recommendations Please

I’m not sure easy would be the right word. It weighs 300 pounds total so that’s not terrible, but it’s certainly more than I could lift. I watched the company install it and they had a nice hoist that worked well. My garage isn’t tall enough for any kind of hoist. I asked Harker Outdoors to...
