Don't feel bad. I have the same problem. Never get it right the first time., or the second time. Sometimes I just leave in in the bed with only one side zipped up.
Whelp...it be dat time o' de year...
Replaced my Freedom panels with my BestTop Sunrider top.
And, for the first time, I actually got the Freedom panels into their bag correctly on the FIRST try :rock::rock:
It's usually like trying to insert a USB drive...you know, gotta turn it around...
I purchased a premium soft top and after keeping it all winter, I decided to sell my white color matched hard top and freedom panels with the freedom panel bag (currently stored in the bag). The hard top was removed around 7k miles in like new condition and has not been reinstalled since...
I’ve been putting everything in correctly, but it barely zips up. I’m starting to wonder if the headliner I installed is taking up extra room, I hope not because it’s warmer, quieter, and not stark white. although only the length is problematic. Width and depth have plenty of extra space.
I...
This exact one, never used. $55 shipped. Will post pic shortly

...black top of my JTR. It is 95% waterproof (nothing is 100%). It really doesn’t take up that much room in the bed and I just shove the freedomtopbag under there so I always have that with me. Now for the bad: I hate that it doesn’t have tracks for roof rack add-ons like so many of the other...
Buy the hinge system and never bag them again!

I love them. Flip them back and when you park just close them without latching to keep sun and debris out. Start raining, stop and flip real quick an on...
Has anybody experienced issues with the freedomtop storage bag being too small? The tops barely fit in on mine, almost can’t close the zipper. Loosened it up a bit with 303 Aero protectant, but stiil a bear to use. Or is there a better aftermarket solution?
Also wondering which soft top is the...
Creative way to use them and save space, but no. It’s kind of easy to put some eye bolts in the ceiling of the garage, and then hang the hardtop up high, and drive under it.
Thank you
Hey thank you, especially for the links. The roof basket looks great! Definitely looking into that. I have a WRX right now, and a Giulia before that… so the Wife’s mini van has been the camping vehicle (limiting us on destinations). The roof bag has come in way handy, but the basket...
Looking to trade my hardtop for a soft top plus all parts needed, the rear window bag would be a plus. There are a few scratches on the top from putting it on and taking it off, will snap a few pictures tomorrow.
Hard top (and all parts needed) + freedom panel bag for soft top (and all parts...
I have a Wrangler and Gladiator. I've enjoyed the Wrangler for many years but missed the bed of a truck, so the Gladiator was my next purchase this past summer. I didn't have the automatic top Wrangler, but on the Gladiator I have the sunrider soft top that is very nice on many days. Like the...
If you get the Mojave, you could get the sunrider top to replace the freedom panels. Opens in seconds and provides a great open air feel. Once we installed the sunrider top, I just put the freedom panels in their bag and stored it in the closet.
I own a hardtop (with Freedom panels) and Mopar twill soft top. I used the hardtop for 3 months during cold weather. Took off the easily removed freedom panels whenever possible. I kep the freedom panel bag in my bed and took them on and off often. I then tried a sunrider for a few weeks. Had...
...and roll it onto its roof. Slide it to the back or side and flip it onto your head. Lean it against a wall. The rubber feet in the freedomtopbag are to protect it from the ground and slipping. I use a concrete wall so I also stand a couple boards to protect the bottom edge. They go on the...
