  1. Aux switches temporarily unavailable, battery charging- even after aux battery replaced.

Since the AUX apparently gets its juice directly from the MAIN battery, it would make sense to replace the MAIN first. I just tried your instructions and sure enough my MAIN shows 12.4 with key in run position but motor not started. When motor starts, same info menu selection jumps to 14.4...
  2. Jeep reliability - most common issues?

Fair analysis! My neighbor has a diesel JT and has had nothing but problems with the engine according to him and i do see a rental in their driveway quite often. Lol. However, this could be one-off situation. Maybe he put the wrong fuel in it! Haha!
  3. 2021 Gladiator makes a good list: 10 Reliable Jeeps That Are Known For Their Low Running Costs

Speaking for me only, My 2020 Mojave right out of the lot had a bad valve body that took close to two months of nagging the dealer, (Who is awesome) Jeep cares (Who is a bit out of touch IMHO) trying to get a new one, when these weren't in the spare parts bins yet. Once It was fixed, I have had...
  4. Needing some suggestions/recommendations.

I have a 21'JT Rubicon 112,500 miles no serious problems.. Just a cam sensor.. replaced in 5 min.. i wonder if you can figure out why it has a salvage title ?? It is has a slew of putty in it . I wouldn't get it. Etc. Etc.. Those Ducks are just some people's weird way of liking otherpeoples...
  5. SOOO Done with this truck

UGH, can't imagine the frustration of dealing with never-ending problems with a vehicle. I've had outstanding reliability with my purchased-used-from-Carvana, 2020 JTR that had 15,000 miles. It now has 34,000+ miles including an over 1000 miles tow of a loaded, 4,000 lb. 16 ft enclosed trailer...
  6. Falcon E-Adjust Adapt

I have installed a set of the eadjust adapt shocks on my 2020 Gladiator Max Tow, they work well and are an improvement over the stock max tow shocks. No problems so far. It’s been about 6 months since the install.
  7. Stop Sale Diesel Gladiator?

Thank you. I sure hope so!
  8. Wobble to a shakey

Still on factory ball joints? Even if there is no up/down play when doing a "normal" ball joint check, I'd bet that a new set will fix your issue. I have found the Teraflex ball joints to be a good value, YMMV.
  9. Sudden Key Fob Range Issue - Both at the same time

There's been talk of issues with the remote start/RKE antenna causing issues. If you had a newer JT I'd ask if the TPMS was working but you have a 2020 so the TPMS wouldn't be involved as far as I understand. This is the issue talked about in a TSB - Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Decreased Remote...
  10. Stupid ESS System

The only thing that keeps ESS off is a tazer, or you pressing the button when you start the truck. The jumpers are nothing special, they do nothing special and don't prevent ESS from working. (people are making a buck from the unsuspecting) Have you had your main battery fully charged and load...
  11. Knocking/cracking noise on dashboard

I have a 2020 Gladiator and have noticed a knocking or cracking noise coming from my driver’s side dashboard area above the steering wheel. This happens at higher speeds. I don’t think it’s the blend door actuator as my air conditioning is working perfectly and not experiencing any problems...
  12. Another thinking about switching to a Gladi from a Taco thread

That's funny because I've had not one quality issue on either of my Jeeps. Even my JK was pretty good...it had a few initial issues, but then ran 17 years and 195k miles before I sold it...in superb condition. Quality anymore is more design than assembly. So I doubt the 2024's and 2025's...
  13. Knocking or Cracking sound coming from dashboard above the steering wheel.

I have a 2020 Gladiator and have noticed a knocking or cracking noise coming from my driver’s side dashboard area above the steering wheel. This happens at higher speeds. I don’t think it’s the blend door actuator as my air conditioning is working perfectly and not experiencing any problems with...
  14. Looking to buy 2020 JT any advice?

You know, service departments don’t tend to see trucks without problems. That doesn’t mean that they all have problems just because they see a few. Plus, it makes sense that they would see more problems come in the door from 2020 through 2022…those are obviously the most common model years...
  15. 2021 Gladiator Eating Cams

fyi, I had some problems with my Passenger side head intake cam and I learned a lot about these engines. On the intake cam only, At low lift, there are rollers that ride on two thin cam lobes. At high lift there is one thick cam lobe that rides on the "flat tappet" part of the rocker which is...
  16. Falcon E-Adjust Adapt

I think he said he blew one out just under a year so keep us posted. And as far as the max tow, even those stock shocks are better than the Fox 2.0 that came on the 2020 Gladiator. I honestly don't know why there is not a poll on worst factory shocks ever but pretty sure 2020 JTR would be the...
  17. Aux battery delete???

    I would have problems.
  18. No Power to my 2020 Jeep Gladiator - (Z Case Fuse Array 68368853AA)

That’s a bummer. Hopefully the fuse array did its job and protected everything and all is good once you replace it.
  19. Another paint bubbling post

Thanks for writing about the TSB on paint bubbling. My 2020 JT overland is gator green with under 17,000 mi. and has the same problems. No hinge gaskets and bubbling on the hood and 5 hinges It's a shame, after spending $3,000.00 on a 9-year ceramic coating and paint protection film on a paint...
  20. Sold my Gladiator today

Speaking of gullible private parties out there, I am considering selling my total stock 2020 Gladiator Rubicon with 46,000 miles on it. It's never even been off-road since I've had it. I bought it used in 2021 with only 15,000 miles. Just for the helluvit I input the info into Carvana and they...
