  1. My Gladiator trade in value - for reference

Depends on the state. That’s NOT always the case. Some allow a sales tax credit even for selling to an individual.
  2. Please keep me from buying another Gladiator

I say do it! ‘Merica! When the 2021’s hit the lot, do it again! Why? Resale, baby! Giddy up!!
  3. ProCharger or V8 Hemi

I looked into this as well. Seemed like the general consensus is go V8 if you’re going down that path. Supercharging doesn’t give you much more down low like the V8 does. Sure is spendy though.
  4. How to spot a Mall Crawler

Assuming I’m a guy? Thinking is hard for you, huh? It’ll be okay.
  5. How to spot a Mall Crawler

This is stupid logic. I don’t take mine off-road much. It just stays in the garage naked and taken out on nice days. Use it for errands. Or going to the hardware store. Or hauling motorcycles to the track. But most of the time it’s just simply enjoyed naked. Try to think harder next time if it...
  6. Cheap and great sounding exhaust mod.

Agreed. Every time I hear/see an exhaust on a Wrangler I cringe. They never disappoint in how horrible they sound.
  7. My Gladiator is the most polarizing vehicle I’ve ever owned.

The generalizations you make of groups is unreal. Kind've like the circle jerking Wrangler and Gladiator mall crawlers. Yes, all Jeep owners are true off-road enthusiasts. No Jeep fanboys here. Let it go and get over yourself.
  8. Loose steering-dealers response

And how about the Wrangler... ;)
  9. 4WheelParts Store

We had one open in the Kansas City metro area a few years ago. It's in a nice area, and they seem to get a lot of business. I checked on prices a while back (both parts and install), and their prices seemed to be higher than most. Can't really speak to customer service, but probably a place I...
  10. Count ME IN!

    Just Empty Every Pocket
  11. Jalopnik: New Ford Bronco Crew-Cab Pickup Being Fast-Tracked To Take On The Jeep Gladiator: Report

Agree 100%. When did competition become such a bad thing? Guys, don't fret, the Wrangler will still be around (just in less volume ;) )
  12. 2021 Bronco

Got me! We’ll see which lands with the end user the quickest ;) We’ll have to wait for that comparison. In the mean time, care to wager?
  13. 2021 Bronco

Probably the same % of females that purchase Wranglers ;) Mostly moms around me who drive Wranglers. The first editions are already spoken for. Pretty sure you can still find a brand new LE Gladiator...more than a year later.
  14. Shout out to Ford bringing back Scout II

I'm sure Ford appreciates the envy ;) Didn't realize they were at 190k reservations. Happen to know what the C8 got up to?
  15. Update: Jeep Reveals V8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept With Hemi

6.4 would be good enough for me. But could you imagine a WranglerHawk (copyright pending)?! Then again that probably would be a wee bit dangerous running around naked. Still would be pretty cool embarrassing a Stang at a stoplight hehe.
  16. Update: Jeep Reveals V8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept With Hemi

FCA also has the 6.2 and 6.4, which have been out for several years. The 392 is the 6.4L. Thus Jeep has access to it. I would love a Hellcat Wrangler. Nom nom.
  17. Update: Jeep Reveals V8 Wrangler Rubicon 392 Concept With Hemi

My only concern is longevity and complexity. Not a stranger to forced induction and big powa, but there is a negative long term. Plus I think NA engines are just smoother. Right now we’re seeing a lot of small displacement turbo engines having issues. The early Ecoboosts did as well. Seems like...
  18. What say You?? 2.3 and 2.7 4cyl ecoboost

One too many beers for that fellar.
  19. 2021 Bronco

Yep just like every other vehicle. You want wipers, that’ll be $2k extra.
  20. 2021 Bronco

Right in line with the Wrangler, which is what they’re going against.
