I know the capacity of our tanks are 22 gallons. When I run my fuel down to indicated empty, fuel light on, I can only get 17 to 18 gallons in. Is my gauge that inaccurate, or is that intentional by Jeep?

Dropped my spare tire down today to change to a BFG KO2 spare to match the tires that I put on when I got my Overland. Now, Overlands come with 18" wheels and tires, But the spare I dropped down is a 245-75-17 tire, yet the wheel is stamped 18x6! WTH is going on?
