Can anyone help with tracker info. Ordered 5/3/19 with estimated ship date of 6/8/19 and according to dealer stuck in JB status as of 7/12/19. When I try to track and put in info including vin# it asks for a nickname? How do I know what the nickname is? Any help or info would be appreciated.
