Took my '23 Gladiator to the dealer about 9 months ago as the jingling was occurring the minute the brake was released and all the way until its down. they replaced the "whole brake assy" (I asked to see it and when I shook it the innards were definitely the jingling!!). Now it is doing it again...
Decided over my XMAS break to put the drawings to reality (I haven't seen any threads where someone got a full size cruiser in the bed).
Had the neighbor weld up all the metal and then loaded the bike. Yes, there is a bit of over-engineering but we plan to go to Sturgis one year and hit some...
Anybody got any touch up paint recommendation for the fiberglass top?
Got a few spots where road debris has nicked the factory paint off.
It looks to me like some kind of "satin" paint would work but just wondering if anybody has some paint knowledge to share.
Finally got around to installing the DIY bed rails after the LineX got done. Tonneau cover was just a bonus.
Yep, the rail system is used for dirt/street bike and bicycle hauling. i kept my Frontier cleats (not shown) to use on the side rails when I haul the street bike.
