Decide to go a little different route than black. I dig it!

Looking to upgrade wheels and tires on my gladiator. I know the wheels I want but have two size options and can’t decide which to run with. 18x9 0mm or 17x8.5 -10mm. Tires will be 35x12.5

As the title states.. I bought a new Mojave X last week in white. Gave it its first bath today and noticed these spots all over the body. I tried iron x, clay bar, and polishing with no luck of removing it. Anyone had this before? I’ll attach pictures.
