I believe they will run the Rubicon with it eventually. But even if they didn't, they could say that it is close enough to the JLU in size and drivetrain that it could run the Rubicon and therefore deserves the Rubicon trim level name.

Not sure how much that trailer weighs, can't see enough of it to tell, but a CJ 5 weighs about 2300 lbs. So if that trailer is 1200 lbs, then it's right at the stated rating of 3500 lbs.
