One possibility is that the intercooler and/or the cooling system might not have been properly bled. You should probably take it back to your installer and have them consult with Magnuson.

Some of our products for other Jeep models memorize the SPORT mode setting in addition to the Engine Stop Start (ESS) setting. There is no SPORT mode in the Gladiator, so this feature does not apply. Only ESS is memorized and recalled.
