At 5% under invoice he is $1000 in the hole including hold back.
Jeep must be offering some kind of volume incentive or have some other kind of deal for the high volume dealers.
People should not blame your smaller local deal for not going 5% under.
How are these dealers doing 5% under invoice? If you calculate in the $1800 hold-back they are still loosing $1000.
So I guess these days the idea of "invoice price" is really just another selling tool for dealers. I know they get volume discounts but I though JL's and JT's did not count...
Order banks for LE's were still open at dealers as of Saturday.
Go to your perfected dealer and get 1% under invoice (I still have no clue how dealers are doing 6% without loosing money).
No one really knows if you have to have a chat with the Concierge or not. If your order status does not go...

Maybe Jeep is actually trying to verify and ensure these are sold to actual customers that are...
Like you I placed my order before talking to concierge (you beat me but I think I was second...)
When I got the call I told him I already placed order with my dealer and he said he would mark in down that I already placed an order.
I think you are 100% correct on that one.
Jeep executives are not idiots. They know most pre-ordered LE's will be sold at invoice or 1% under invoice. Once Gladiators and LE's hit the lot they will be sold at MSRP which is better for Jeep and their dealers.
If Gladiator sales are strong and...
Also does anybody really think Jeep has systems in place to stop dealer ordering at a specific number. Who knows they might over sell the gladiator LE today and be canceling POC orders tomorrow.
I am glad I placed my order before 9 AM EST.
So this is my take on the whole ordering process....
The concierge is just a sales lead call to get people connected to the dealerships. There is not way Jeep would have systems in place where the person that I talked to would have to verify an order made by the dealer. While the concierge was...
