  1. Anyone Concerned About Costs???

Yes, I am concerned about the price, because it's expensive and I'm not made of money. A new Wrangler Rubicon is the one, single, nice thing I want.
  2. Scrambler Seen Tow Testing

Interesting. Over here even "pickup" is being used less and less. People mostly just say "truck" now for pickups. I actually saw an old El Camino on the drive into work last week. I honestly don't know what people were thinking back in the 70s.
  3. Tow capacity for Jeep Wrangler Pickup Truck (JT)?

I'd be worried about towing that much and then possibly getting into an accident and then your insurance finding out and not covering liability because you were towing more than the rated amount. I'm not sure how it would work legally.
  4. Scrambler Seen Tow Testing

Okay. Our low to the ground El Camino type vehicles died out a few decades ago. But tall pickups are extremely popular. Where I live they are probably more common than cars.
  5. Scrambler Seen Tow Testing

Why are utes so popular in Australia? Don't they have much lower ground clearance than pickups? Kind of doesn't make sense to me. I'm hoping for 5,000 lbs towing capacity for the new JLU and 7,500 lbs for the JLT.
  6. Tow capacity for Jeep Wrangler Pickup Truck (JT)?

Yeah, I think the JKU towing capacity is stated as artificially low so as not to intrude on the GC's market territory.
  7. Tow capacity for Jeep Wrangler Pickup Truck (JT)?

How much weight do think is being towed in that picture?
  8. JT Nameplate

Is the Gladiator name official yet? I think that would be a very cool name. It will sell a lot of vehicles.
