Love the Wrangler and it was what I wanted to buy… but needed a small truck for yard work at home and all the projects I have around the house/workshop… so Gladiator it was.
I do not want any stick out, so my plan is to go with 255/85r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs. Using stock rims.
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T LT255/85R17 tires weight: 63 lbs and overall diameter of 34.6”
Factory tires - Falken Wildpeak A/T LT285/70R17 come in the same at 63 lbs and overall...
Nothing new added. Just documenting that the cables popped out on the hand brake. Dealer took it in the same day and was fixed in less than a test drive of a new RAM Rebel :) .
This thread was instrumental...
I just watched the video. Comments are hilarious…. Video was at least entertaining.
As much as I like the ZR2 Bison… not trading my Mojave X for it. All I want to do next in mine are 35” tires. That is it. Happy the way it is right now. Hard to believe, but I am done with mods.
As a previous model Bison diesel owner that went to a Gladiator and kept thinking about the new gas Bison, thank you for that post. Besides the taller bed, then I don’t feel too bad.
The new ZR2 Bison was not available when I got my Gladiator or it would have been a tough decision for me...
I say this with the utmost respect…. What the heck is that!!!??
EDIT: Nevermind, found it… you had the website right there on the bottom

As much as I like almost everything about it…. Lousy fuel consumption. Run only on premium fuel. And currently, dealers are putting their market adjustment BS $$ to them…
But it must be a fun drive…
Looking at the specs, it is actually just as big, if not slightly larger, than the F150. So my mind was playing tricks on me. But it just felt smaller and more cozy on the inside than the F150...
Oh well.... I keep telling him those trucks are too large for me, but maybe I am getting use to...
