Best advice I got about regearing is to not go through it/pay for it unless you change the gearing by a point. It is almost negligible change in rpms going from 33 to 35.
I think the beauty of a lot of simple Wranglers and Gladiators is the aftermarket. A lot of people want more from the factory and not sure why. I see optional factory components up for sale all the time. Why pay for all that from Jeep only to pull it off.

If CPO means they put an extended warranty on it then it is worth investigating. Without knowing the options and comparing it to the location it is hard to say what 'deal' that is though.
Store it. I had a great CJ7 and received orders for Germany which was usually a 3 year tour. I sold the Jeep. 18 months later I was back in the states looking for a vehicle kicking myself. Still stings
