Agree that something clearly changed.
And for me it routinely happens in the 60-65mph range and sometime slower.
As I said in an earlier post, they did make it better, but it is still unacceptable and feels unsafe when it happens.
I tried the higher tire pressure and it had no positive...
Picked the truck up Sat morning after them having it for a week. They spent a bit of time on it, were able to replicate the issue and did the following:
Replaced the stabilizer again
Replaced "some nuts and bolts". Not clear which ones.
Adjusted the frond end to change the toe in.
They said...
Well, I picked the truck up, got to the highway, hit a bump and identical behavior as shown above. I called the dealer quite upset as they assured me the checked all hardware for proper torque AND replaced the stabilizer. They did rotate the tires .
Service writer says 5 jeeps, 3 gladiators...
Thought I'd post a follow up.
Took three weeks to get a service appt.
When I described the issue, the service writer immediately went to steering stabilizer. I mentioned that the torque markings all look to be off but was brushed off. Took home a loaner. Got a call saying the steering...
So, a little more data for my situation. I've not done anything just yet but drive it on the same route again. Shudder only noticeable over 65ish. Also, if I hit an expansion joint such that both front tires hit at the same time, no issue. If it' is at an angle or I'm in a turn such that...

On Monday, I drove to a train station doing 75-85 the whole way. Left it for two days. On the drive home on the same highway (but in the opposite direction) and speed between 75-80...

Big let down. Lost interest in the truck when I learned the diesel was not going to be avail at launch.
Had a 2014 Rubicon. Was very wanting in the torque dept.
Just one man’s opinion.
