I test drove a Gladiator this past weekend and was not impressed with the 3.6. Also test drove the 2.0 turbo wrangler, which was better than the 3.6 but I am in love with the 3.0 Eco diesel in my girlfriends 2018 Grand Cherokee. I dont think I would get a Gladiator without the diesel.
I do not take it offroad much, but it does have some useful parts. Like Oil and trans Temps. The WK2 has Quadra Lift supsension (Air Bags that change the height of the Jeep) it shows the different Suspension heights. It also shows how the 4 corners of the Jeep are responding to rocks and bumps...
I hope the diesel does not use the Capless systems they have on the new Grand Cherokee's. Its pukes diesel every time I try to fill the Jeep. Could be user error, but it's not my favorite feature of the Jeep.
With the reveal behind us and the full specs released we now have a better understanding of what the gladiator brings to the Jeep family.
