  1. Tearful Goodbye to my Mojave 😢

I'm out of space too, but I've elected to build a garage. I haven't figured out if it will be a 2 - 3 bay garage, but I'm definitely going to build one. 👍

  3. 2029 GMC Jimmy coming with V8, BOF

Because competition impacts the Jeep Gladiator. "Competition is a rivalry between two or more parties striving for a common goal, an exclusive prize, or market dominance. It exists across various disciplines, acting as a driving force for progress, efficiency, and improvement."
  4. 2029 GMC Jimmy coming with V8, BOF

Not, it's built on the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer body-on-frame.
  5. 2029 GMC Jimmy coming with V8, BOF

Yes, Ram will be releasing a full-sized SUV (Ramcharger) that will compete with the Tahoe, Suburban, and Expedition.
  6. 2029 GMC Jimmy coming with V8, BOF

This is wild speculation on my part, but it occurred to me that Ram may have refrained from making a larger SUV as long as others wouldn't compete with the Wrangler. But now that everyone is competing with the Wrangler, Ram has decided to compete in the large SUV market.
  7. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

Jeep is estimating that 0.1% are impacted. For most of us, this will be a quick dealer inspection and then you're back on the road.
  8. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

"FCA US confirmed a loose electrical connection will result in melting of the connection, which could ultimately lead to a vehicle fire."
  9. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

I don't know how many times I need to say it, but I'll say it again. It's the connector, not the wiring.
  10. 2029 GMC Jimmy coming with V8, BOF

You might be right, but I would have put it closer to 95%. ;)
  11. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

Benny said he didn't know anything about the recall. But if you read the complaint, it mentions the connector. "FCA US confirmed a loose electrical connection will result in melting of the connection, which could ultimately lead to a vehicle fire." "The remedy is an inspection and repair or...
  12. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

Some people don't want to take responsibility for their actions. Think of all the people who were hoping the government would magically pay off their student loans.
  13. 50,000 - 500,000 Mile Club (EcoDiesel only)

Impressive! You can walk in whenever you want. That's a privilege (and perk) for being in the High Mile Club!
  14. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

I wouldn't be happy either. Is it still under warranty?
  15. Recall: 1M+ Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Fire Risk (June 9, 2026)

I'd be really bummed if ours became totaled. We've owned 5 Jeeps and this one is my absolute favorite. I have no plans to sell the Gladiator, plus they no longer make the diesel. :(

  17. JT vs JL ride quality

That's a good point. When I went to Fox's website, they didn't differentiate between the diesel or gasoline engine. It listed the 2.0 Performance Series shocks (985-24-171) and the 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks (883-26-049) for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon with 0"-1.5" lift.
  18. JT vs JL ride quality

Thanks for checking and reporting. I'll most likely go with the Clayton coils and Fox Shocks. Fox makes the 2.0 Performance Series shocks and the 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks for 0"-1.5" lift. I plan to keep the truck mostly stock, but upgrading the springs/shocks would be desired...
