Ordered and took delivery of my manual Gladiator Rubicon in October anticipating this may be the case. i'll only drive a manual Jeeps so guessing this will be my last purchase of a new vehicle from them.
Has anyone tried the Aires powered steps? Pricey but looks corrosion resistant and provides good side protection. Interested in any experience or comments from this forum.

Can you post a picture? Brake rotors show surface rust within hours of a rain. If the rust is on the friction surface area it will disappear after the first time you use the brakes. Let us know if it's rust elsewhere.
Same here. I had these steps on my 2011 JK. Strong and provided excellent side protection. Unfortunately mine started rusting after the first winter. - they sent me a little bottle of touch up paint! Actuation system required regular lube which created a mess. One side locked up @3 yrs and...
Interested in what you think of the steps. I had a set ordered through Quadratec but cancelled since they were backordered (in stock now I see). I had Rock Slide Engineering on my JK Unlimited and although I liked the concept, I hated the execution. Mine rusted in the first year (2012), steps...
Still running it like that. I did not recalibrate the speedo. It’s only a couple weeks old so getting the feel for it then maybe rehear and recalibrate. Thinking 4:88 would be a good gearing
I have the HD. 8.4 UConnect 4C Nav. Talking satellite XM. Display only shows album cover, song and artist for the channel playing. My Wrangler UConnect would also show preview of 6 channels on 3 screens with either (selectable) the channel number, the artist, or songs being played on each...
In my old JK, my radio would show artist or songs on for my pre-saved channels. Can't figure out how to do that on the JT. I can see a single channel, or a list of channel numbers in browse mode. Any ideas?
I just received my Gladiator Rubicon with 37s and 2 in lift. Coming from a 2011 Rubicon JK Unlimited with 35’s I’m much happier with the JT. At some point I may go to 4:88s or 5:13s but not right away. I wanted the diesel for torque but wanted a stick even more. Happy with my choice Jim.
Love that hood decal. Looks awesome with that body color. The decal is great for hood glare. I don't see decals in the Mopar book, where did you get it? Jim
I've got a different opinion. Great concept, but mine started rusting after the first winter. Recoated with Rhino Liner which helped - some. Requires constant lube of all the joints. At 5 years, they're pretty trashed (rusted out), driver's side won't deploy. I'm going with an AMPS unit...
