  1. Towing with Diesel

I still think it is absolute BS that they can't make a diesel tow more than the gas model. Might as well not even offer a diesel. In the article they kept comparing it to the ZR2 but they made a misplaced comparison at the end. Yes the ZR2 diesel can only tow 5,000 pounds. And they attribute...
  2. up to 7% off invoice in NC

I'm curious, is this a intro promotion that will last a limited time, or this 7% below invoice going to be an on-going thing for your dealership? I ask because if I do purchase this vehicle it probably won't be until a year after it is released.
  3. Payload increase

    This & This.
  4. Overland doesn't seem to bridge the gap between Sport S & Rubicon

I agree and disagree. Yea they do to some extent, usually the head unit has the least impact of any part of an aftermarket stereo system though. So I personally just prefer to have the factory fit & finish of the factory top of the line screen/headunit plus its exact integrations with the...
  5. Rubicon with Max Tow Build

If you get into any type of wreck and your over what the Jeep says you are allowed to tow you will be in deep trouble, regardless of what mods you add. Trying to increase the towability of the Rubicon...
  6. Why Diesel Gladiator towing capacity will be less than 3.6L Pentastar models

To think with all the resources and engineers they have they can't solve the cooling problem on a vehicle that has the aerodynamics of a barn door is ridiculous on their part. So much air is being forced through the grill because of the lack of aerodynamics and they still couldn't cool it off...
  7. Overland doesn't seem to bridge the gap between Sport S & Rubicon

While true, things like leather seats and factory 8.4 inch screen would be things I wouldn't look to the aftermarket for.
  8. Overland doesn't seem to bridge the gap between Sport S & Rubicon

8.4 touchscreen and leather seats too....
  9. Overland doesn't seem to bridge the gap between Sport S & Rubicon

The Gladiator interests me because I would of loved to get a Wrangler but am currently in need of a vehicle that can also tow. So the Gladiator obviously is going to interest me. I am however disappointed and find the combination of what options are available for which trims to be odd...
