  1. Let’s talk Ecodiesel

Oh they exist, their all over Auburn hills. Just alot of talk about future viability. FCA just paid another 77 million due to missed fuel economy targets in 2016. I want an ecodiesel JT, but just because it's coming down the line for protobuilds doesn't equate to anything being final. You...
  2. Let’s talk Ecodiesel

Word on the street is the diesel might not happen. Mules of JL and JT exist. But I don't even think it's available in the DT yet...
  3. What are your thoughts on the Tacoma

The TRD Pro was on my list. Until the autoshow when I was able to spend alot of time in a Colorado ZR2, Ranger FX4, Gladiator, Rubicon and Tacoma. I wasn't the only one doing that either. Lots of midsize truck benchmarking going on. I felt like I was sitting on the floor, like a lifted Subaru...
  4. Second thoughts

Price and potential build quality issues are my two greatest concerns. I can get an lightly option XLT FX4 Ranger for close to what JT Sport is looking like int terms of cost.

Not MSRP, and your not getting a JT at launch for less the MSRP. Everything I have heard, and seen seem to point to 3k or so over JL.

  7. First Post From a Toyota Guy...

The Rubicon won't be cheap, probably close to 45 for a base one. That being said for what you get in terms of quantifiable performance components its a deal. Especially in comparison to a TRD Pro Tacoma. Lockers, package protected for 35's, 4 to 1 T case, optional 4:10 with the auto. I can't...
