  1. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

afaik theyā€™re the same w/o the Rubicon badging. IMO, worthy upgrade for folks in the south to lower the temperature under the hood.
  2. Gladiator on the rocks...

I clearly heard the spotter say ā€œback up a little bitā€, but It looked like the driver backed up a little too much; that and maybe driver didnā€™t hit the breaks?
  3. Multiple Jeep Gladiator bumpers for sale

$150 for metal bumpers sounds like a great deal. Itā€™s probably much lower than FCA catalog price.
  4. Wayout awning

Hard to tell from the photo, but it definitely has a slight angle to prevent water from pooling. Looks like a solid design.
  5. Up to 7% off in Idaho

Quick question: Are out-of-state buyers required to pay ID sales tax in addition to home state sales tax? edit: I only ask because 7% below invoice seems too good to be true :D

  7. Overland or Rubicon - Can't Decide

Just my opinion--- but nothing screams insecurity to me than someone trying to label things as 'feminine' or less 'masculine'. P.S. I'm hoping you don't get offended by this reply. But if you do, I understand. Feeling like someone questioning your masculinity will sometimes make folks with...
  8. Overland or Rubicon - Can't Decide

I've been pretty set in getting the Overland trim since the beginning. But now I'm leaning heavily towards the Rubicon as the max towing on Overland is 6k lbs while Rubicon is 7k lbs. The family's travel trailer when loaded may exceed or max out at 6k lbs. But yeah, I'm with ya. I feel the...
  9. Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition Announced - Preorder on April 4 Only

Iā€™m planning a test drive late next week at Jim Marsh. Did you happen to drive a hard top version and drive > 60 mph? Iā€™ve been stalking the sister site and loose steering and road noise were my top concern.

  11. MT’s 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Review Reveals $44k Base Rubicon Price & MPG (Est)

Fantastic news! Got a quick Q though -- I was about to sign up for 'tread lightly', but looks like my company is an affiliate reward partner. Does that mean I'm guaranteed 1% below invoice and if so, does that stack with 1% from 'tread lightly' or does it cap at 1%? *update* Just received my...
  12. How many of you are no $hit going to place an order on day one?

I've never driven a pickup truck before. The closest thing to a truck I've driven was a deuce and a half couple of times while on deployment. Not to mention the Mrs has never seen one either. And um...never owned a Jeep before and couldn't help you find where the Rubicon trail is located on a...
  13. How many of you are no $hit going to place an order on day one?

I would be doing myself a disservice if I didn't at least give myself the opportunity to test drive the truck. Especially on the highway and through Lowes parking lot--- and a mall or two.
  14. 2020 Gladiator price to be announced 12:01 AM March 30th

I'm going to laugh if you're anywhere within $1000 of your guess and everyone on this forum holds you up to writing "I love Toyota" 500 times.
  15. Video: TFL hands-on with Jeep Gladiator

That would make sense as both Toledo and Auburn Hills are EST.
  16. The Jeep Wave stamp of approval

Wait...do all Jeep drivers wave at each other or just certain models?
  17. Correction: 7,000 JT ordered for the Government

I was 99% sure this was a case of inaccurate reporting, then I saw the 1st line of your post and the whole thing became much more believable. The answer is because when it comes to financial responsibility, the Government doesn't function with logic.
  18. Correction: 7,000 JT ordered for the Government

Thought about placing a buy order on FCAU in the morning, but then realized FCA owes the U.S. government appx. $650 million for the diesel emission scandal or about 22k JTs @ $30K each. As many folks mentioned, 60,000 JTs doesn't seem even remotely likely.
  19. What shocks on Rubicon?

According to Moparā€™s presentation on youtube, their 2in lift is also manufactured in partnership with FOX.
  20. Still No Pricing

I stopped reading at the sentence with ā€˜baitedā€™ breath and immediately scrolled down; chuckled at the kool-aid comment though :)
