I thought this was all confirmed and you are acting like he's crazy. Do you know something we don't?

Hopefully the end of this.
Truck was back for the third time and was there for a full month.
Replaced prop shaft and transfer case. Said they found excessive play in drive shaft.
I believe the problem is fixed. The experience was not fun.
Hootbro is exactly correct that the warranty process...
update on this fun saga.
after over a month at dealership the rear diff was replaced. got the truck back and on my first drive guess what; same sound.
back to the dealer it goes and now they say the center diff bad also, will replace.
about 10 more days at dealer, get it back last Friday...
ETA for replacement parts (new rear axle) now saying next week.
Will be repaired to stock under warranty and not feel good about it for long term, but not super excited to spend $1000 on labor and $60 on parts to take it back apart again and put in the better bearing rn. Definitely feeling...
Uchh, that would be a nightmare scenario.
The dealer did tell me though that there are metal remnants from the pinion gears so just a bearing replacement would not suffice.
Does that D60 still use the same bad bearing?
About how many hours would I expect/what would I look to pay to have the rear pinion bearing replaced with the Timken unit after they warranty replace the whole axle?
They would not swap them during install as nice as that would be.
So that I don't have this problem again down the road.
Thanks everybody for your contributions. I'm going to find out if we're talking about the bearing, which it would seem, or the actual pinion gear, which is what I was lead to believe.
I think if just the bearing I would look to have it upgraded even if on my own dime.
Here is a video. It sounds like it's driving on mud tires. It's on K02's.
Ignore the tire pressure....we had just had a TPMS sensor replaced and they overfilled.
This is a 21' Mojave. Stock except for 35's.
Started hearing a loud, speed dependent noise at what I thought was the front diff. Took for service (still under powertrain warranty) and they said it was a rear pinion failure (not a seal, the pinion gear itself). The tech guessed this was what...
I want to take the truck on a few day road trip with the hardtop removed. I can take the front freedom panels with me in case of rain but want something to cover the rear seats. Does not have to be 100% sealed, just keep most rain out especially while parked, can drive 60 mph witout flying off...
Broke one of the plastic cable guides for holding the tailgate in the halfway down position. Is there a metal replacement that might be stron?
having trouble finding a part # or what it’s actually called.
i saw it being used on a gladiator in a review either posted here or YouTube. Can’t remember. On the bottom left it shows that unit for ios. Maybe it’s the unit though but would like confirmation.
Got Jscan, the cable adaptor and an ICar Pro with bluetooth.
After getting the cables out and plugged into the adaptor I can't connect to it.
IOS.
When I go to bluetooth I don't see it in the list. When I go to wifi I see V-link. If I try to connect to it the ICar blue light goes on and I...
Looking for a magsafe charger (iPhone 12) that extends out of the cigarette lighter and would clear the 4wd lever. Something like this but longer, maybe with a flexible arm that can hold itself up. Have not found the right solution in searching. Has anybody seen something that would work...
Has anybody seen a key fob cover in orange that would be a close match for the truck?
Want to get for my wife.
Closest I've found is on Etsy and the orange does not look like a good match...
