  1. Autopian: "Jeep Is In Trouble And Hopes Nostalgia Can Save It"

Agree with this 100%. I still don’t own a Jeep. Almost bought one in 2019 when I was new car shopping, but had a long commute at the time so bought something more suited to that. Still love the gladiators (and wranglers). Rented one last summer on our WY trip and still want one. With that said...
  2. A peek into our minds? Ezra Dyer's article: I'm Afraid to Start Modifying My Jeep Gladiator

Thanks. I need a kick in the pants. Just haven’t been able to pull the trigger. It’s more a mental block on spending so much rather than affordability.
  3. A peek into our minds? Ezra Dyer's article: I'm Afraid to Start Modifying My Jeep Gladiator

Well, I’m worse than Ezra and you guys. I have been lurking on this forum for few years and haven’t even bought a Gladiator yet!! This is all out fear of buying an increasingly expensive vehicle and then wanting to spend even more on it! Haven’t been willing to take the plunge though I...
  4. 2022 Rubicon - Pricing in March of 2023

Thanks all for the input and for sharing your experiences - very helpful. I just started a new job Monday so having a busy week but thinking about going to the dealer on Saturday. Still thinking about my OTD price as this would be a big purchase for me.
  5. 2022 Rubicon - Pricing in March of 2023

@ Jefe1018 - thanks for the clarification. Makes sense to me now. State tax on vehicles is only 3% so might not be quite as high as where you are.
  6. 2022 Rubicon - Pricing in March of 2023

Completely agree that I would be taken more seriously in person, but I wanted to get a sense about pricing before I make the trip. I am not really clear either on fair market price at the moment. I missed out on a used 2022 Mohave with only ~ 8K miles and they were only asking $49K at a GMC...
  7. 2022 Rubicon - Pricing in March of 2023

What do you mean $1000 below MSRP?
  8. 2022 Rubicon - Pricing in March of 2023

Hi All - curious to hear some opinions on pricing for a 2022 Rubicon at this point. MSRP is $65,750, and current web pricing is at $60,168 (- $5582 off which is made up of $2500 Bonus Cash (22CNA) & $3082 discount). I should also add that the odometer shows ~ 480 miles in the pictures...
  9. Now that we have pricing, are you still onboard?

Perhaps Jeep has something with the JL and Gladiator that can command such high prices but I feel they are too high for me personally. Perhaps I'm just not calibrated to the market but I feel they are about $10K too high. The problem is that I would would want a cheaper "base" model that's...
