    Pedal Commander has helped a bunch of acceleration. I am selling the one I just took off my GFs Gladiator she traded in. I still have the one on my Gladiator. Sport plus mode is fun.

    The engineer said at least a 1000 pounds. The plans belong to the engineer. I believe he is planning on doing a kit to sell this rack.

    Yes, 1x4 rectangular aluminum. Square tube uprights with 1x4 steps on the ladder. All corners have gussets. Enjoy your build.

    Avoid sag with air bags in the coils. They can compensate for 1000 pounds. I did it. Works great

    After seeing a similar one at SEMA and knowing it wasn't going to be produced, I got with my metal fabricator and this is my rack. All aluminum. It's still needs final welding and powder coating. It was fit up for mounting purposes to utilize the current threaded holes in the bed.

    I think it rides a little less bouncy. I actually carried stuff on top of deck today and it was fine. The drawers are so smooth and open and close with almost one finger. You can install the lock's on each 1 of the drawers plus when you lock your Gladiator the tail gate is locked. It would...
