Thanks for this thread. Took my panels off for the first time today and I was left scratching my head as to what these are for!

I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Took them off for the first time today. Seems pretty snug, and have been worried that the zipper might tear at the seams if I’m not careful.

No idea, maybe they ordered a couple of extra “just in case”? Who knows... but it looks great and appears to be mounted exactly the same as several Wranglers on the lot with factory installed steel bumpers.

I ordered my Rubi with the PPOS bumper and the dealer installed a 3-piece steel bumper that they ordered separately from Mopar. Listed below are all of the parts that were eventually needed. The Service Manager at the dealership had initially insisted that all we needed was the 3-piece steel...

This is very helpful, thank you. I ordered mine with the PPOS and the dealer ordered the steel bumper separately through Mopar (and will do the install at no additional cost). According to them, no additional parts will be needed. I shared this info with them and they insist that no other parts...
