And I guess my biggest concern is why the voltage reading on the battery is not the same as what the jeep "thinks it is".

Mine updated itself yesterday. I haven't had any problems. Only thing it changed was my display setting back to "Jeep 1". I just changed it back to the Jeep 8. I'm a Duke fan so I like the Blue!!!

I'll try to get a picture soon. But I can say that the light strips are very bright just by themselves and kinda "overpower" the factory bed lights.
