I zip tied a flat piece of aluminum to the back of mine. make about 5 holes in the fabric right above the threads/seam. then I zip tied the aluminum around the roll bar. it doesn't flap anymore. bad design though... had a few tj's that did this and the aluminum flat bar solved their problem too...

I know about the internal black flaps that go into your soundbar that keep the flapping down. if you look on the top of the sun bonnet on each side near the roll bar will be a set of 4 tiny slits in the top held on with velcro. kinda weird. This thing from Mopar is really made by covercraft...

it was totally worth it for me. I live in Alabama and its very humid and hot here. I can turn the AC fan down one notch and radio down a few turns also.... pretty easy to install if you take the top completely off. I installed it about 6 beers deep
