    Because they ask for personal info like the VIN number. It also creates a personal conversation so they can give you personalized service to fix the issue. How is this a bad thing? ‍♂️‍♂️

    Driving 40 mph through town, hit a slight bump crossing bridge & tire started eating the plastic wheel well. I caught fast, pull over, pushed it back into place. @JeepCares
