I wonder why my brothers wrangler drives just fine compared to my JT ? Wonder if the steering box's are the same ?

From what I have read you either have a good one or a loose one. Mine is at the dealer now getting looked at again,

Going to try again, dropping JT of at dealer in the morning for the steering. Will let you know what happens this time. Wish me luck.

If you don't mind me asking what did you have to pay for the steering box and do you think it will fix the loose steering. I'm thinking of doing the same thing .. Sad part is I enjoy everything else about it. Thanks

Let us know how it goes, I'm in the same boat as you. I'm ready to move on to something else also. Plan on taking mine back next week again, still think it needs a steering box without all the play.
