  1. Your Jeep's name

Luckily it only took one test print to get it right!! I found a scale CAD drawing online and used it to draw it out before sending to my vinyl cutter.
  2. Toy Gladiators, completed my Hot Wheels set.

I recreated my Silver Sport S. Cut the bikes out and made a tailgate and bed cover.
  3. S&B Cold Air Intake

If you want an actual performance boost it will take a lot more than a CAI. You would need CAI, Exhaust and Tune, but even then, the return on your investment would likely not be worth it.
  4. The dreaded sunvisor

That's the version I did, but I saw a clip on youtube. The only hard part was disassembling the connector. I think I spent $0.85 on parts, lol. I figured it wasn't worth taking it in if all they were going to do was replace it with the same poorly designed parts.
  5. The dreaded sunvisor

I fixed both of mine in about 30 minutes with the tension/push nut method. It's how they should have been done in the first place. Two washers, two push nuts and a dremel!!
  6. Did you name your Gladiator?

It was always going to be Star Wars related...so I went with Rogue One!
  7. Max Tow pushing it too much?

Definitely the wrong truck for the (or at least that) job. Just because it did it, doesn't mean you should keep on doing it. You claim to be experienced and don't do stupid stuff, yet you exceeded your tow vehicles rated capacity by 1000lbs.
  8. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I fixed both my sun visors today. Typical failure point, plastic breaks at retention point. Took about 15 minutes per side. 5/16 push nut, Dremel tool, long socket and a hammer!! Now they both feel solid. What a terrible design decision by Chrysler.
  9. Installed Mopar Splash Guards-Sport S Max Tow

The part number for the front is a JL specific number (should be 82215332AB ). Only he rear is unique to the Gladiator.
  10. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

So, it ended up taking almost 2 months (due to the ridiculous way parts are being distributed). In addition to the new gearbox I did get a PCM re-program. I have to say, it finally feels "right". I'll never understand how this was allowed to be an issue in the first place. That being said...
  11. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Well, I got caught up the the "metered" roll out of parts. They can't order the bolt that's needed until Monday. So, hopefully I'll have this done by Wednesday. they tried to get one from another dealer, but they wouldn't give it up.
  12. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Lol, not in 4 lanes of traffic with a crazy crosswind and pouring rain! The current floaty feel definitely made it more exciting than it needed to be! And, it's not the rig, which had previously been towed by my GMC Canyon whose steering was much more precise (i.e. normal).
  13. New JT Gladiator Steering Issue TSB 08-074-20 (for "Improved Steering Feel")

Took mine in the other day, parts are ordered and I take it back in Wednesday (9-9-20), They are waiting on the new bolt that goes with it. They didn't even question it, rolled, dropped it off and parts were ordered same day. After towing my RV again last week (but this time through some...
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I repaired a rock chip in my front windshield today! Due to being on furlough, I'm doing what I can to save money. So, I used a rain x repair kit ($10 at Wal-mart) with rather astounding results to repair a rock chip I got on Saturday. Our deductible on glass coverage is high to keep our...
  15. Random Earplug review for topless driving!

Yes and no. I've had them in the past for motorcycle riding and was pretty satisfied. But, in this case, I don't want to simply mute ALL noise. These have interchangeable filter elements to tune them. I wanted less wind noise, but also to be able to hear my wife (or passenger) easily. So...
  16. Random Earplug review for topless driving!

I bought the red large size, whichever those are. I've worn them numerous times now and love them. Very comfortable. Great on the motorcycle as well.
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Well, this was yesterday, but made my own headliners. Made them front and back. Cost for materials was around $30 (foil backed foam board, fabric, spray adhesive and new utility knife). I already has a large roll of double sided tape! Turned out pretty well, we'll see how much of a...
  18. Clunking noise after 3.5" lift

Well, I ran into a similar noise issue on my niece's 2018 JK. They had a spacer lift installed and shop that did it put in one of the sway bar bolts in "backwards" . Instead of the head of the nut being on the coil spring side the threaded portion ended up there and was sticking out just far...
