Well, i screwed up. Installing door hinge steps and got 7 of the 8 out no problems. The last one stripped unbelievably badly. I tried to drill it with an extractor, but that isn't working and now i just have a mess. Any ideas on what to do next?
Ordered a Gobi rack this week, and getting ready for a long wait. In the meantime, I want to mount a couple unistrut crossbars to the factory trail rail, and throw the tent on those.
Anybody have a good way to mount the brackets for the unistrut to the factory trail rails?
I'd like to run a RTT over the cab of the truck. Don't want to put a rack over the softopper on the bed and lose the ability to carry some of the taller items we like to take with us, and or, pick up on the road.
I know about the Gobi racks, which I've had on another vehicle and think it would...
So, with bestop not coming out with a soft top bed cover anytime soon. And Softopper releasing theirs...it looks like I have a choice to make.
Is it just me or does the supertop for truck 2.0 look to be a little better quality than the softopper...
Does anybody have any experience with this tire? I was looking at the Terra grappler in 35s, but am exploring some cost saving options as well.
Haven't seen anything about these milestars online
So I see a lot of leveling kits being discussed, but there are many different size kits. Can anyone say definitively what size leveling kit is needed to make the Jeep perfectly level?
Also, are there any body leveling kits available? Not experienced in this area, but my local mechanic mentioned...
Has anyone negotiated 35s or larger in with their deal from dealer? I'm wondering if this could possibly be cheaper than trying to sell factory rubicon tires and purchase the same tire in a 35in size.
