  1. Crash cans on aluminum bumper?

The Mopar bumper has them integrated into the brackets. #10 in this diagram, the aftermarket bumpers do not have them so you have to improvise and cut that part out of your old bumper. Gregj
  2. Crash cans on aluminum bumper?

Not really, they are sandwiched between the hook and the frame horns. Gregj
  3. Crash cans on aluminum bumper?

When I swapped bumpers i took the plastic bumper apart and cut the crush cans out and reused them, no pics as this was some time ago. There are a LOT of screws that hold the plastic bumper together. Gregj
  4. 2022 ecodiesel EGR & intake manifold issue

May be a swirl valve problem for the intake, 28k miles shouldn’t be enough for it to be full of crud. Gregj
  5. How to get my doors off

I took mine loose shortly after getting the Jeep and left them that way.
  6. How to get my doors off

Take the body side loose from its mounting point. Makes it much easier to align the connector. Gregj
  7. Cost for tune and delete?

I ordered a cloned pcm from them and had to send my original in, got them back in about two weeks and the clone had the red security light on, that is not supposed to happen. So I cloned one on my own and sent the original and the clone they supplied back. About two weeks later I got them back...
  8. HELP...Telematics Module Disconnect / Disable ?

Did you lose SiriusXM after this? How about the Off Road pages? Gregj
  9. LOD Destroyer 4 rock sliders

Truck is stock height on 315 BFG’s, its task is highway cruiser. I have them on my Wrangler too, 3.5 inch lift and 37’s and they work great as sliders and steps, the Wrangler has some good scrapes on them. Gregj
  10. LOD Destroyer 4 rock sliders

I have them on mine, very beefy frame mounted and work good as a step. I don’t wheel the truck, that’s what the Wrangler is for but no doubt they would do well in the rocks. Gregj
  11. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

I have the heater installed in that picture, if you aren’t using the heater the housing comes with this plug you could drill and tap too.
  12. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

It looks like there is, I haven’t drilled it out though.
  13. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Ok, I’m going to revise the recommendation for the Dakota Digital temp sensor, I went out and plugged it in and the temp read too high, about 135 and the ambient temp is mid 80’s. The sensor in the housing read 86 degrees so I tried another GM sensor and it read the same so that’s probably a...
  14. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Edit: not the best option for the sensor, see below. It’s just a coolant temp sensor, just find one that fits the threads in the hole. Dakota Digital has one that is 0-300 degrees. Part # Sen-04-5. If you don’t want to splice the wires send me a DM and I’ll send you a connector. Gregj
  15. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Yes, the filter housing has two connectors on it, one is for the heater and WIF light and the other, that is not used on the Ram, is the temp sensor. That connector has four wires in it, cavity’s 1 & 4 are the heater power and return and 2 & 3 are the WIF sensor. I asked Benny at Allmoparparts...
  16. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

FASS sells a jumper to make the WIF sensor circuit happy. WIF Jumper Gregj
  17. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Too many "ifs" in that scenario, using it by itself would lead to it premature clogging, how would you know it was clogging up? If it did the fuel pumps in these trucks don't like being run with low or no pressure. I wouldn't take the chance without some way to monitor the pressure. Banks has a...
  18. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

I read that and I see a couple issues with it, first it says it must be used with another filter, so still two filters. Second it doesn’t have a drain or a WIF sensor. Gregj
  19. Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Looked into the FASS Drop in series and that looks like a better place to start the fuel filter replacement project. It would still require some work, namely adding the air bleed return either to the tank or the fuel filler neck. Size wise I believe it would be pretty close to the Fleece setup...
