The bottom cap came out on my driver side handle. I was able to “press” it back in by bending the little tab toward the handle and closing it with my other hand. I could just barely hold the tab with my finger and didn’t actually feel it snap, but it has stayed.
That’s a good point I had forgotten. I have 4.10 gears and just assumed it was solely the all terrain tires and rubicon setup. Thankfully the transmission is really smooth and quick for a truck and is a blast to drive.
I’ve got around 4,300 miles on my stock Rubicon and was getting around 17mpg (w/ tonneau cover) on relatively flat land.
After installing the Yakima Overhaul HD with CVT tent, driving to and back from North Georgia I was getting between 14-16mpg.
I removed the rails before everything arrived to simplify the install but I would be surprised if the “c clamp” brackets would fit.
