These are awesome... a little expensive, but I have found them to be more than worth it.
When you hear the noise push up on the support bar that would be right over your head. If putting pressure on it gets the noise to stop then it's the same problem and the dealer should replace the top for you.
I do think it's different from what myself and @BobBob were hearing and might just be normal soft top noise. What I was hearing literally was painful to the ears and was a harmonic noise vs road noise.
I finally got the new top put on and it fixed the problem. I was doing 85 on the PA Turnpike for a few miles this morning with only the normal soft top noise. I will upload a picture of the repair order from my dealership shortly. They did not replace the entire structure, only put new fabric...
Good fix, I saw one on You Tube who used an adjustable tripod. Dealer says my new top should be into or tomorrow and I cannot wait to get it installed and see if that fixes this.
I went 35" just based upon the amount of highway driving I do vs off-road needs, but it was a hard call. The Mopar beadlocks are +12 and just stick out a little.
