Has anyone done the repair using the “Jeep Cares” process? I’d like to know what they are communicating to the dealer for the fix. The fix shouldn’t be a secret. I know what some others are doing to fix it by reading the thread, but I’m curious as to the fix Jeep Cares is having the dealer do.
