  1. Clyde gets organized with A.R.E. topper and Decked system

With the A.R.E. topper and Decked system I was finally able to organize Clyde the way I do all my Jeeps and trucks. I like having a load plan not unlike that of a military vehicle. My comms are installed. I'm running a mobile dual band 2m/70m with a handheld Baofeng as backup and a Midland 25...
  2. Clyde gets his A.R.E. cap

Took 10 weeks and 5 days from deposit to delivery but I have it. I love the full size basket and the dual security system seems alert enough, lol.
  3. Front Axle Disconnect.

If you hear a thrumming noise from your front end that goes away when you shift from 2Hi to 4Hi, take it to the dealer. I'm told there's a TSB now. Here's the worksheet.
  4. Here's a puzzler

I have a JT Rubicon with 4500 miles. 2" Mopar lift with 315/70/17's. All dealer installed before delivery. Has been flawless. Thrumming noise at 35 mph started today. Roadwayis smooth. Went away in a minute. Came back and went away again. Driving home today it started at any speed, and was...
  5. Bonnie & Clyde JL/JT Dual Build

After 10 days of building, the wife and I took a rest day. Her 2018 manual trans Punkin JL Sahara with black leather interior has new bumpers, 2" AEV Spacer lift, 295/70/R18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's in load range C, the Badland Apex 12k winch, an alignment, and a tire size recalibration using...
  6. Trailrail tiedowns points

I took delivery the user day and noticed today that I only have 4 of the movable tiedowns, 2 on the left and 2 on the right, but none on the front rail (under the rear window). Should I have 4 or 6 of these?

  9. 2012 vs 2020

This is just one of those hmmmm posts. I'm not complaining and I'm a Jeeper for life. Been driving/owning them since 1980. Yesterday I ordered a Gator Rubicon JT. $59K MSRP, $52K deal. Happy with it since it's local and excited for it to arrive eventually. This will be my first automatic Jeep...
  10. Are the AT and the MT tires that are options on the Rubicon both Falkens

I'm ordering a Rubicon tomorrow but will immediately have them replaced with 35. I'm going to take the brand new 33's that come on the Rubicon and have them mounted on my wife's JLU Sahara. I think the AT's are Falkens, is this true with the MT's that are offered as a no cost option?
